WhatsApp already offers end-to-end encryption, which is a huge advantage for users who prioritize privacy. However, there are a few more privacy features that could be added to further strengthen the app's security:
1.1 Temporary Messages Across All Chats WhatsApp has a “disappearing WhatsApp Number List messages” feature, but it is limited to individual chats. Expanding this feature to include group chats, status updates, and multimedia messages would enhance privacy. Users could set a timer on all messages, ensuring that sensitive information is deleted after a specified duration.

1.2 Biometric Authentication for Specific Chats While WhatsApp currently allows fingerprint authentication to open the app, adding the option to secure specific chats with additional biometric security (face or fingerprint ID) would prevent unauthorized access to particularly sensitive conversations.
1.3 Self-Destructing Media Currently, WhatsApp allows photos and videos to be sent with the "view once" feature, which deletes the media once opened. Adding an option for users to set a timer for the self-destruction of all media (like photos, videos, and documents) after a certain amount of time, regardless of whether they were viewed, would add another layer of security.
